Maternity leave!
Hello,
Just to let you all know I am now on my maternity leave - awaiting bubbys arrival! Eeek!
It's been a tough year for this tiny business - and during my first trimester when I was bed bound with terrible sickness it felt impossible at times to keep going. But it is thanks to all of you that Ellbie Co. is still here, thank you for your continued support, your orders, your kind words and for making it easy to dip in and out of work when my pregnancy has meant that I've struggled. Coupled with the recent postal strikes, supply costs increasing and the cost of living crisis 2022 has been a challenging year all around! If you have been following me then you will know that I haven't had the smoothest pregnancy - with dreadful sickness, Covid, 40 degree heat and falling down the stairs twice to contend with! But I can't wait to finally meet our little one and start to figure out how to juggle motherhood with running a tiny biz (if anybody has any tips please let me know hehe!)
Hopefully next year once I've found my groove with our new baby I will be able to meet some of you in person at some craft fair events!
The Ellbie Co. Shop is now pre-order only - so you can still place orders but they won't be shipped until March 2023. https://www.ellbie.co/
You can still get PDF patterns though over on our etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/EllbieCo
Make Happy Club boxes will still be going out like normal every month and you will still be able to sign up as a new subscriber from the 1st to the 20th of each month like normal! (so no change there!)
My emails/DMS are not going to be checked until March 2023 - so if you do email me with something urgent before that date please don't panic if you hear nothing back from me. I will make sure your email is a priority on my return and if it's regarding missing orders, refunds etc I will sort it out for you, it just won't be instant as I am a team of only two and both of us will be getting to know our new baby!
I'm so excited for this new tiring stage in my life and I can't wait to share more stitching and silly stories with you all in 2023.
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year!
Love Becci xx
